Installation room
Before installing the product, make sure that the room of instal-
lation meets the following requirements:
– Operating temperature from +5°C to +45°C;
– Dry, not subject to frost, well ventilated;
– Not subject to heavy dust build-up;
– Not subject to high humidity;
– Free of atmospheric pollutants due to halogenated hydrocar-
bons (contained in solvents, adhesives, aerosol, etc.);
– Free of atmospheric pollutants due to sulphuric gases;
– Not subject to vibration.

WARNING
Highly flammable materials or liquids can catch fire.
– Do not use or store explosive or highly flammable
substances (such as petrol, paint, paper, wood) in
the area where the appliance is installed.
4.3.1
Fume exhaust system
Before installing the product, make sure that the exhaust sy-
stem for combustion by-products is suitably designed in relation
to the type of generator to be installed and in accordance with
the applicable standards and regulations.
4.4
Assembly/adjustment tools
The most common and frequent operations on the burner are
carried out simply with the aid of an Allen key supplied.
This key can be used to:
– Remove the cover
– Remove the nose
– Adjust the electrodes
– Adjust the fuel pressure
– Adjust the air
– Perform work on the pump
4.5
Preliminary checks prior to mounting the
burner
Before mounting the burner on the boiler:
– check the gap between the electrode tips (2 mm) (use the
template supplied with the burner);

– use a screwdriver to remove the screws (1) and pull out the
nose (2) as described in the procedure set out in the “Cle-
aning and replacing the combustion head” paragraph then
check the position of the electrodes while ensuring that they
are centred as shown in “Fig. 11”.

Mounting the burner

WARNING
– Install the burner on the boiler by observing the po-
sitions illustrated in “Fig. 12”.
– The installations 2, 3 and 4 are forbidden for safety
reasons.
