TO USE YOUR FOOD CHOPPER
The knife blade unit comes in 2 parts, a lower and an upper blade.
•
For coarser chopping use the lower blade on its own.
•
For
fi
ner chopping or pureeing use all blades together. This will also give
a faster result.
Take care as the blades are sharp.
Note: After processing food, the upper blades may disengage from the lower
blade. This is normal as the blade assembly is designed to be loose
fi
tting to
ease separation after use.
1. Place the unit on a clean, stable and
fl
at surface.
2.
Clean and chop the food (meat or vegetables). From the meat you should
be removed skin, muscle and bone. Larger pieces of food should be cut
into approximately 1 to 2 cm pieces.
Note: Frozen vegetables and meat should be defrosted before use.
3. Put the blade onto the
fi
xed shaft in the bowl (Fig.1).
4. Pour in the ingredients and lock the lid (Fig.2).
5. Place the motor unit onto the assembly by turning it slightly.
6.
Plug in the appliance and press the start button, at the same time holding
the appliance by the motor unit.
7.
At the end of preparation, release the button, unplug appliance and wait
until the blades come to a complete stop.
8.
Remove the motor unit, the lid and the blades to pour out the preparation.
You can sep
α
rate the upper blade from the lower blade by turning it
clockwise and pulling it up.
