7. SPEED CONTROL LEVER

is used, the lever serves as a top speed limiter.
Machine occasionally moves lower speed when it is cold or
when you sew thick fabric.
The lower speed continues until you stop and it will be high
speed after a while if the reason is from cold machine.
If the low speed is due to thick fabric, the lower speed
continues.
