Steering

1.

Press the travel and veer button which shall 

flash. 

2.

Press  on  the  function  enabling  button  on 

the control handle. 

3.

Turn  the  steering  wheel  with  the  thumb 

rocker type switch on the top of the control 

handle. 

Use  color  directional  arrow  of  the  platform 

controller  to  determine  the  direction  in  which 

the wheel is turning. 

Drive

1.

Press the travel and veer button which shall 

flash. 

2.

Press  on  the  function  enabling  button  on 

the control handle. 

3.

Increase speed: Move the handle slowly to 

make it off center. 

4.

Decrease  speed:  Move  the  control  handle 

slowly toward the center position. 

5.

Stop:  Return  the  control  handle  to  the 

center  position  or  release  the  function 

enable switch. 

Use  the  color  scale  direction  arrows  on  the 

platform  controls  to  determine  the  direction  in 

which the machine is traveling. 

Movement speed of the machine is limited when 

the platform is raised. 

The  state  of  the  battery  will  affect  the 

performance of the machine. When the platform 

display indicates that the battery is low, the drive 

speed  and  lift  speed  of  the  machine  will 

decrease. 

Choose actuating speed 

In  retraction  position,  the  drive  controller  can 

operate  in  two  different  modes  of  drive  speed. 

The slow mode of drive speed is active when the 

low-speed travelling button light is on. The fast 

mode  of  drive  speed  is  active  when  the 

low-speed travelling button light is off. 

Press  the  low-speed  travelling  button  to  select 

the desired drive speed 

Attention: When the platform is raised until the 

fork leaves the high and low-speed limit switch, 

the low-speed travelling button light flash all the 

time to indicate that the elevated drive speed is 

low. 

Extend and Retract the Platform 

1.

Step on the pedal. 

2.

Grab  and  push  the  extended  platform 

guardrail  carefully to  extend the  extension 

platform. 

Attention:

Do  not  stand  on  the  extension  of 

the  platform  when  extending  the  platform. 

The  extension  platform  can  be  positioned  at 

three  card  slots,  not  operation  on  the 

extension  platform  when  the  extension 

platform is not fixed.

3.

Press the pedal and pull the platform back 

for  retraction;  release  the  pedal  to  secure 

the extension platform at the card slot. 

Unfolding  and  folding  of  platform 

railings 

Platform railings  may be folded for  convenient 

transportation.  Unfold  the  platform  railings  for 

use.  Platform  railing  system  consists  of  the 

foldable railing part of the  extendable platform 

and  the  foldable  railing  part  of  the  fixed 

platform.  All  parts  shall  be  fastened  on  the 

appropriate positions with four wire rope safety 

pins. 

1.

Lower  the  platform  to  the  bottom  and 

retreat the extendable platform. 

2.

Take off the platform controller. 

3.

Remove the front two wire rope safety pins 

of the extendable platform from the inside 

of the platform, and fold the front failings 

of the extendable platform. Hands shall not 

be placed where might get hurt.
