Warranty

Limited Warranty Program

SitePro warrants the SP24XC and SP28XC Automatic Levels to the original purchaser for a period of five (5) 

years from date of purchase against any defects in material or workmanship.  This warranty does not cover part 

failure due to normal wear or tool abuse. For more details of warranty coverage and warranty repair information, 

call (855) 354-9881. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary in 

certain states or provinces. 
To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must return the tool, transportation prepaid, along with any rel

evant paperwork (RGA number, if you have obtained one, proof of purchase, contact information, and any request 

for new accessories, etc.) to our Service Department or an Authorized Service Center.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (IN-

CLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE 

OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES IN THE U.S., AND SOME CANADIAN PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE 

EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITA-

TION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SOME STATES IN THE U.S. AND SOME CANADIAN PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW 

LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR 

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS 

WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY 

FROM STATE/PROVINCE TO STATE/PROVINCE.
