Power supply
Before start exercising, make sure the power cord is plugged in and the on / off switch is
switched to “I”. The on / off switch is located at the back of the motor cover.
For your own safety it is important that the power cord is plugged into a grounded outlet!
Adjustments
Levelling the treadmill: You are able to level the treadmill by turning the two adjustable feet
located at the rear end of the treadmill:

Correct alignment (centering) and tension of treadmill:
Before starting your training, check whether the treadmill runs centered on t he running sur-
face in order to ensure that its runs without friction. If this is not the case, readjust the tread-
mill.
Proceed as follows:
Switch off the unit and disconnect the electrical power. If the belt runs too far to the left, turn
the left bolt clockwise to adjust the belt to the right. If it cannot be corrected with this adjust-
ment alone, also turn the right bolt counterclockwise until the belt runs in the middle.
If the belt runs too far to the right, adjust it by turning the right bolt clockwise. If this is not
sufficient, turn the left bolt counterclockwise analog to the other side.
If the belt is generally too loose („flatters“), turn both bolts clockwise with the aid of the Allen
wrench until it is tighter.
Reconnect to the electrical power to start your training session.
