Check your inversion trainer for wear and tear before each use.
1. Check rotary tubes, backrest and foam pads for wear and tear.
2. Replace damaged and worn components immediately.
3. Do not use any damaged equipment until it is repaired.
Why try inversion?
The idea of the activity is to give gentle traction to the spinal table. This traction opens up the
gaps between ‚ the‘ spinal vertebrae and has the effect of allowing the discs between these
vertebrae to pump up with fluid and be nourished by blood supply. This means they have a bet-
ter cushioning effect, allowing spinal nerves to be free from aggravation. The activity of trac-
tion or intermittent traction means reduced back stress and tension. It has the added benefits
of reversing blood flow and allows relief to organs that are under continual downward stress.
Is inversion suitable for everyone?
In case you have any of the following problems, ONLY exercise with this device

High blood pressure | Recent stoke | Heart disease or circulatory congestion | Surgical implants |
Weakened joints, especially ankles, knees or hips | Hiatus hernia | Pregnancy | Glaucoma, retinal
detachment or conjunctivitis | Spinal injury, Cerebral Sclerosis, and acutely swollen joints | Bone
weakness (osteoporosis), recent unhealed fractures, medullar pins, and surgically implanted
orthopedic support | Usage of anticoagulants, including high doses of Aspirin | Middle ear in-
tention or extreme obesity
If your mobility is restricted, another adult should always assist you during your exercise. Only
use the appliance according to this manual. The use of the device is always at your own risk.
