2. Fastening with pins

Mark the point from where you
desire the laser line to project.
•
Place the wall-mount base onto
the wall, with the marking point
aligned with the center of the
view window.
•
Insert two pins through the
openings in the wall-mount base.
With the pins, the wall-mount base can be fastened to drywall or
wooden surfaces (Fig. 5).
3. Fastening with a nail
(not included).
•
Mark the point from where you
desire the laser line to project.
•
Place the wall-mount base onto
the wall, with the marking point
aligned with the center of the
view window.
•
Insert a nail through the view
window and fasten the wall-
mount base by planting the nail into the drywall or wooden
surfaces at the marking point, with the head of the nail securely
against the base (Fig. 6).
After properly mounting the wall-mount base, attach the tool to
the wall-mount base by making use of the magnet ring of the wall-
mount base. Ensure the clip ring on the top of the wall-mount base
clips right into the slot on the bottom of the tool and that the tool can
be rotated freely and evenly in a 360 degree.
