The compact power supply reacts both to BUS commands and to current detection.

Choose this operation mode for new installations or if indoor stations with ON-screen
menus are installed (i. e. DS2010) in the system.

Constant supply camera 1
If the video image of a camera is used for video surveillance system this needs to be
active permanently. This option is only possible if there is just one camera in the sys-
tem. If the camera is supplied permanently the voltage at +22 and GND is 21 V.

Current detection with camera 1
This option is necessary only in connection with a door switching unit or for older sys-
tems. In this mode the SKS BUS (a+/b-) is not used.

Manual video image activation disabled
The manual video image activation is disabled and thus it is no longer possible to switch
on the video image manually. A video image is only shown at the indoor station which is
called after a door call is initiated at the door station.

Normal operation (standard)
If indoor stations with on-screen menus or image storage function are installed, DIP
switch 4 must be set to „ON“.

Compatibility mode for indoor stations of type 4505VB, HTV4600 and il vetro
video
By reducing the voltage to 0 V and increasing it after that to 28 V a reset command is
sent to all indoor stations.
DIP switch 4 must be set to OFF if indoor stations of types 4505VB, HTV4600 or il vetro
Video are installed in the system.

Amplifier off (standard)
The amplifier is switched off.
If the default settings are not adequate for your project and image interferences are
occurring at the indoor stations, please contact our support.

If several Extended video compact power supplies are connected in series/cascaded
their DIP switches 5 and 6 must be set to ON and each one needs to be equipped with
two 75 Ohm terminating resistors.
