Inserting the glass
Important note:
The glass material shall comply with class A rating in ANSI Z97.1 “Methods of test for safety glazing material
used in building”.
7.1
Set mounting position of the bar with belt lock
The “bar with belt lock” must be pushed all the way into the
closed position, up to the frame with edge locks.
This creates sufficient space for inserting the glass later and
prevents the glass from coming into contact with one of the two
pinions or the “bar with belt lock” when it is lifted in.
7.2
Positioning of the running gears
In order to be able to put down the glass, which is subsequently
lifted in between the two pinions, directly onto the running gear, their
position must be measured beforehand (ideally in the middle of the
two pinions, roughly pre-positioned).

7.3
Lifting in the glass
The glass is lifted in between the two pinions and placed onto the
running gears.
