Caution:
Before connecting the appliance to your Stereo (external
speaker), make sure that all appliances are off and not connected to the
mains.
• Connect your external powered speaker to the AUDIO out jack on the
radio.
• Plug in the wire antenna supplied in the package to the ANT jack.
• Extend the wire to the fullest to get the best reception.
• Connect the supplied cable antenna or an external DAB/FM antenna.
• Connect the AC/DC adaptor to the AC socket on the back of the
appliance and then to a properly installed and easily accessible wall
socket.
• Make sure that your local voltage corresponds with the technical data
of the appliance.
Caution: Only
use the supplied AC/DC adaptor for this device as
it has been specially designed for this appliance. Do
not
use it for other
devices. Incorrect or improper use can damage the appliance and/or can
cause injuries to the user.
• Switch on the appliance by pressing onto the On/Off button (rear of
the appliance). The LCD display will light up and displays the following.
The radio adapter will start in DAB mode by default, followed by a full
scan of the radio stations.
• If there is problem receiving a signal, align the antenna in full to get
the best reception
• Once the scan is completed, the DAB/DAB+ stations will be displayed
inalphanumeric order. The first available station on the list will begin
to play.
