Software Update
The system will inform you of any updated software version on the server.
Software version
Information about the software version used will be shown on the display.
Radio Information
When listening to a DAB radio station, you can view the information
transmitted by the radio broadcaster if any. Cycling through the information
available by pressing the
<INFO>
button repeatedly.
•
Dynamic Label Segment (DLS)
- Displays scrolling text information
supplied by the broadcaster, e.g. song titles, news headlines or details
of the program, etc.
•
Channel frequency
– e.g.:174.928MHz.
•
Signal error strength
- This shows a slide bar to indicate the signal
strength, the stronger the signal, the longer the bar will be from left to
right.
•
Time and Date
– supplied by the broadcaster.
•
Program Type(PTY)
- Shows the type and description of the program
provided by the radio station, e.g., ‘POP Music’, ”Talk”…etc
•
Audio format
– e.g. 64kbps/DAB+
FM Mode
To switch to FM mode, press repeatedly onto the
<Mode>
button.
Auto scan
Press the <Scan> button to search the station list, it will then stop
automatically at the first station it finds.
Manual Tune
To fine tune the frequency manually, use the ▲ or ▼ button. The
frequency will be tuned up or down in 0.05MHz steps.
Menu Buttons
Press the <Menu> button to select the following options:

Scan setting
•
Audio setting
•
System setting
Scan setting
There are two types of scans available: “Strong station only” or “All
station”.
If ‘strong station only’ is selected, the appliance will only search for
stations with a strong signal.
If “All stations” is selected, the appliance will search for all available
stations.
