Before First Use
• Remove all packaging material and check whether the
appliance is complete and undamaged. Should the
appliance be damaged, return the product for replacement.
Warning:
Plastic bags are a danger to toddlers and
babies, therefore keep them away to avoid suffocation.
Operation
The digital radio DAB 7S / 8W can either be operated via
power cord or batteries.
•
Place the appliance on an even surface.
Note:
Depending on the surface, it might be possible that the
appliance might leave some marks on the furniture.
•
First, connect the power cord to the AC socket on the left
of the appliance and then to a properly installed and easily
accessible wall socket.
•
Fully extend the telescopic antenna and adjust it for the
best and clearest sound.
•
Press the POWER button to turn on the radio. The radio
will perform an initial DAB/DAB+ scan to search for the
available radio stations.
Once the scan is complete, the first available station will be
played. You can change stations using the tuning knob, or by
choosing the station you wish to listen to. Press the tuning
knob to confirm your selection.
Note:
If no stations are found, switch off the radio and move it
to a location with a stronger signal. When you switch the radio
back on it will automatically repeat the scanning process.
