Th e A TIS 2 is a m anoe uvrable w ing th at re spond s e asily to input. To e nte r a spiral, apply one
brak e progre ssive ly to about 35% and h old it in th is position. Th e spe e d of rotation w ill
incre ase progre ssive ly, as w ill th e pre ssure on th e brak e and th e ce ntripe tal force th at you
e xpe rie nce . You can d e cre ase or incre ase th e angle or spe e d of rotation by re leasing, or pulling
d ow n on th e brak e by se ve ral ce ntim e tre s.
O nce m aste re d th e spiral allow s you to d e sce nd by m ore th an 10m /s. Move m e nts w h ich are
too abrupt or bad ly synch ronise d , or e nte ring into a spiral too q uick ly can re sult in a spin.
