WARNING

Aerial platform Familiarization should be given only to individuals who are QUALIFIED/

COMPETENT and TRAINED to operate an aerial platform.

Do not operate this aerial platform without proper authorization and training. Failure to avoid 

this hazard could result in death or serious injury.

It is the responsibility of the operator to read, completely understand and follow all 

instructions and warnings contained in this operating manual and on the aerial platform.
