About the DPF and Standstill Regeneration
The DPF system is a closed diesel particulate filter
system that collects the soot during the operation of
the engine to decrease diesel particulate emissions.
As soon as the soot load is at 100%, the system starts
a standstill regeneration request. The request is sent
and shown

on the screen of the Deutz engine
display module

(found below the engine control
console) and identified by the flashing standstill lights
on the base

and platform
