Loose or broken wire #59 from Proportional Relay
(21CCR) to Resistor (RST2).

Resistor (RST2) open.

Loose or broken wire #59 from Resistor (RST2) to
Proportional Relay (21CCR).

Proportional Relay (21CCR) defective.
1.
Check continuity. Replace if defective.
2.
OHM Check Resistor, it should be 30 ohms. Replace
if defective.
3.
Check continuity. Replace if defective.
4.
Check relay, replace if defective.
4.1-18. Work Platform Drives In Slow Speed Only
1.
Loose or broken wire #71 from Base Terminal Block
(TB-1) to High Speed Limit Switch (LS1).
2.
Open or defective High Speed Limit Switch (LS1).
3.
Loose or broken wire #21 from High Speed Limit
Switch (LS1) to Proportional Relay (21CCR).
4.
Proportional Relay (21CCR) defective.
5.
Loose or broken wire #2 from Proportional Relay
(21CCR) to Base Terminal Block (TB-1).
6.
Proportional Controller (S7) out of adjustment.

Check continuity. Replace if defective.

Check switch. Replace if defective.

Check continuity. Replace if defective.

Check relay, replace if defective.

Loose or broken wire #02 from Forward Drive Valve

Open Diode (D16).

Check continuity. Replace if defective.
