PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Rail reinforcement (with roof exit) TAC-0250
•
The rail reinforcement with integrated roof exit represents the end of the climbing protection
ladder (end of the ascent route) for which the otherwise to be mounted end stop is omitted.
•
The rail is located higher up than for the rail reinforcement without roof exit.
•
The roof exit allows a secure transition to the exit level behind the ladder.
•
In the process, the rail underneath is covered by the pivotable part so that a subsequent worker
cannot move out of the rail along with the runner.
•
The exit can be pivoted 180°.
•
The top edge of the roof exit must be at least 1000 mm above the top edge of the exit level
•
The rail reinforcement must extend downwards over at least two mounting brackets.
Safety Information
When removing the runner from the climbing protection rail or loosening the safety harness from the
runner, additional safety measures in accordance with EN 345/355 are necessary as long as there is a risk
of falls!
