f. Connect your tape / DAT / ADAT recorder to the TAPE output if you wish to record the output
signal.
g. Connect external effect units to the EFF SEND. Now you send the audio signal to the effect
unit to process the signal.
h. Connect your external effect unit to the EFF RETURN input. The external effect unit sends the
(processed) signal back into the mixer.
i. Connect the headphones or the control room signal to the ROOM / PHONE output.
j. Connect an external equalizer to the INSERT output.
