Make the distance between the elevator’s
left end and the wing’s left end equal to
that between the elevator’s right end and
the wing’s right end.

Make sure that the horizontal tail parallel
to the wing.

Only then apply CA to glue the horizontal
tail into position.
10.
Now install the rudder.
11.
Place the tail horns into the precut slots in
the rudder and the elevator and secure
them with CA.
12.
Install the tail servo arms, quick adjusters,
and push rods.
