RECEIVING AN
ONLINE SLICE ORDER
When a customer places an order on the Slice app or through
another Slice ordering channel, that order appears directly on
Slice Register. A notification will appear and a visual alert will
sound to signal that the order came in and it will immediately
be sent to the kitchen. The payment has been collected and
the customer information added to the customer database.
Getting an order on an inactive screen
If there has been no activity on your Slice Register for more
than 2 minutes, new orders will take over its entire screen.
Keep an eye on your Slice Register.
Tap anywhere to review a new order
that’s taken over your screen.
This ticket has already been printed in your kitchen if
you’re using the standard printer configuration.
