To attach your fully assembled foil to your board,
place your board upside down and slide the four
female pieces of your mounting hardware into slots in
the tracks of your board, two on each side.
Note: Mounting hardware comes packaged with
Slingshot foil boards, and is not included in the
foil package.
2. Carefully place your foil over the mounting track so
the front hole pattern in the pedestal line up with
the mounting hardware. Be extra cautious with your
foil in this position; components are fragile and can
damage easily if it gets knocked down or blown over.
3. Bolt your foil to your board, tightening each bolt bit
by bit until all four are equally tight

ATTACHING FOIL TO BOARD
IMPORTANT NOTE: When getting started with the Hover
Glide foil with Slingshot’s foil board, we recommend
mounting the foil as far back on the board as possible
until you get a feel for your new setup. This means using
the front hole pattern on the pedestal and sliding the
track as far back as possible. This is the most balanced
position for this foil/board combination, particularly when
riding with footstraps. We highly recommend this position
until you gain the experience and confidence necessary to
try other locations.
