DO
Disconnect every o
rders coming from the control and carry out
tests with a dry contact on an opening and closing order.
Carry out a CMD3 to check the
direction of operation of the
motor (see § Notice)
See § problems met: “the door
does not see the encoder
anymore”.
Check the unit power supply source.
Release the belt till you will be
able to bring the 2 strands in
touch.
Untight the bi-lock nuts to unl
ock the skate (the bi-lock nuts
could be turned by hand).
Spring setting and hook alignment.
Identify the on-site encoder
and parameter the program
following § notice.
A
djust the panels.
A
djust the stop edge.
To be set by the customer.
Check that there is nothing in
the cell area (skate, roller)
Wire the cell on controller
Cell with LIM
I option : inhibited during retim
ing cycle.
Cleaning. Be careful that ther
e is no braid wire going over
and touching one stud.
Check if the wires are not tight on the insulant.
Check the good connecti
on of connectors.
Change the encoder
See setting and check forks position.
Disconnect the orders from the c
ontroller. Carry out a CMD7
(see § Notice) to check if the
door is operating. To check if
the inputs are actuated, go
back to FR0 and simulate
openings and closings orders with a dry contact.
Check with display, card input
s/outputs state.
(See § notice)
CAUSES
Retiming opening order drops before the
opening end of cycle
T
he door does not find its learning cycle and
remains in retiming (case for learning done
without the landing door or landing doors
unlocking bad vertical alignment.
Operation fail soft (case
where the door does not
see the encoder anymore)
Strong power voltage drop during the lift moving.
Toothed belt too much stretched
Skate hinge too tightened (bi-lock) mechanical
problem
Problem to pass the closing hook
Bad encoder disc (50, 60 or 100 points)
Bad panels setting (the panels hit before the
trolleys stop).
The skate bolt goes up too late.
Check parameters concerning closing and skate,
electrical problem
Problems linked to the c
ontrol. The cell is not
inhibited during retim
ing cycle, case only for cell
connected to ARIANE.
Too much dust on fork.
Braid wire touches the studs.
Encoder fork height (gap = 2 mm)
Bad connection of wire
s in the connector.
Connector badly fixed
Faulty encoder
Control orders are not coming.
A voltage is used on the i
nputs (dry contact) and
they are burnt out.
The inputs have to be cont
rolled by dry contacts
Bad wiring
