Information
The number of strings per channel is freely selectable for the eight measuring
channels. The default setting is 1. The maximum number of strings is limited to
4.

Under "
No.of Str. All"
, all channels of the SSM-C can be given a string
count of one to four. This avoids having to set the number of strings for each of
the individual channels, since this is automatically set for all the individual
channels.
Information
If no strings are attached to a measuring channel, this channel must be
allocated to group zero, since the string current monitoring is deactivated for
this group. This is necessary to ensure that this measuring channel is not
included in the averaging process.
