Your Medi-Minder unit will normally look like this:
The MAINS ON Light & the CANCEL (GREEN) BUTTON should be ON.

MAINS ON Light Flashing
AC Power Fail –
Check and make sure that the MAINS AC Power Plug Pack is
plugged in and turned ON at the Power Point.
Is on the Display & BATTERY LOW Light Flashing
Check and make sure that the BATTERY SWITCH is turned ON underneath the
Medi-Minder Unit. Contact your Installer/Monitoring Centre.
is on the Display - The SmartLink Medi-Minder unit failed to send a message to
your Monitoring Centre –
Check and Make sure that the telephone lead is plugged
in & all telephones are working. Contact your Installer/Monitoring Centre.
is on the Display - The Telephone Line has failed –
Check and make sure that the
telephone lead is plugged in. Contact your Installer/Monitoring Centre. (SmartLink
Medi-Minder unit will also beep for 25 seconds).
is on the Display - The CELLULAR has failed –
Check and make sure that the
Antenna/SIM Card is plugged in. Contact your Installer/Monitoring Centre.
(SmartLink Medi-Minder 3 G unit will also beep for 25 seconds).
