Responsibilities

 

The  IN-HOM  S.M.A.R.T.  Mobile  is  leased  equipment. 

You  are 

responsible  for  returning  the  IN-HOM  S.M.A.R.T.  Mobile 
device in the same condition it was at the time of installation.  

You  will  incur  all charges specified  in the  lease  agreement  until 
unit  and  all  other  items  are  returned  to  Smart  Start.  Make sure 
you understand your responsibilities. 

You  are  responsible  for  damages  due  to  negligence, 
tampering,  or  abuse of the device
