Indgredients:
3 Hot dogs (cut in halves)
2 tbsp Baking Soda
2 cups Water
6 Bamboo skewers
•
If using store bought frozen dough, please be sure to thoroughly thaw and
knead. Otherwise please complete the dough process found on page 9. Be
sure to read all the directions carefully.
•
Lightly brush your SUPERPRETZEL PretzelDogs On-A-Stick Maker with
cooking oil, butter, or margarine.
•
Preheat the SUPERPRETZEL PretzelDogs On-A-Stick Maker until the green
indicator light turns on.
•
In a bowl, combine the baking soda and the water.
•
Take one half of a Hot Dog and two dough rectangles. Place the Hot Dog
between the two pieces pressing down on all sides. Fully wrap the Hot Dog
with the dough.
•
Insert a bamboo skewer through each one and set aside on a baking sheet.
Continue this process for each half of the Hot dogs.
•
Submerge each Soft Pretzel Dog into the Baking Soda and water mixture.
•
Open the appliance and place each Soft Pretzel Dog within each cavity.
•
Close the unit and bake for 3-7 minutes.
•
Bake until the Soft Pretzel Dogs are lightly brown. For a crunchier
coating leave in longer.
