Preheating stage
Steaming is always preceded by a
preheating stage, which allows the
appliance to heat up to cooking
temperature.
The thermostat indicator light flashes to
indicate that this stage is in progress.
When preheating finishes, the thermostat
indicator light remains lit steadily, a buzzer
sounds and cooking proceeds
automatically.
Modifying the set data
During operation, it is possible to modify the
cooking duration:
19. When the appliance is in the cooking
phase, press the setting knob: the timed
cooking indicator light
will start
flashing.
20. Turn the setting knob to the left or right
within 5 seconds to set the duration (max
2 hours).
21. Press the setting knob to confirm the set
data.
If you set a time longer than that
previously set meaning that the
water in the reservoir is insufficient,
cooking will proceed regardless.
When the reservoir is empty, the
messages
and
will flash on the
display to request that the reservoir
be filled with water.
Towards the end, the appliance
automatically switches off its
heating elements in order to finish
cooking using the residual heat
inside the oven cavity.
