ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assemble Hose To Tank
IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to heat or alter hose,
hose nut, or barb prior to assembly.
1. Align hose barb tabs, push hose barb into tank
until it stops
(See Figure A)

2. Slide hose nut into place and turn clockwise to
tighten.
(See Figure B)

NOTE: Do not use tools to tighten hose nut.

Assemble Hose, Shut-Off & Nozzle
1. Remove protective cap and attach hose to Shut-Off and tighten securely using a 9/16” Wrench, use a 5/8”
Wrench to hold the Shut-Off handle while tightening the hose. Make sure the screen assembly remains
inside of Shut-Off inlet while fastening hose.

2. Install selected nozzle into the extension nut and tighten nut securely using a 13/16” wrench. Make sure
that valve seat is oriented correctly.

3. When placing different nozzles on end of wand, make certain the Soft Seat is always used and the white
gasket is facing correctly. The small end of the seat into the Extension.
