How to set the login procedure
Use the navigator to go to the menu item
Login duty for all users
. If you activate the login duty,
all
users
will have to log in at the X-ray unit by entering their user IDs via keyboard or by means of an appropriately
programmed ISIS card*.
If you also want to determine that operator level users shall
only
log in via
ISIS cards*
, activate the menu
item
Login only via ISIS card
.
Besides that, use the next menu item
Display acknowledgement after login with ISIS card
to define how
long the successful login via ISIS card is to be acknowledged to the operator of the X-ray unit by means of
an appropriate message. If you choose
0
,
no
message will be displayed.
The login procedure being activated, you can use the menu item
Maximum login time*
to define how long
the operator is allowed to work at the X-ray unit at maximum without interruption; this is to avoid over-
tiredness of the operators. If you select
0
no login time will be defined. Please note that the time setting is
only
active for the operator access level.
To rule out the possibility of an unauthorized access to an unattended X-ray unit, choose an adequate
period under
Auto-logout at non-activity
. Upon expiration of the set period the user logged in last will be
logged out automatically in case of non-activity of the unit. To deactivate this function, set the value to
0
.
Use the
Clear screen and REVIEW memory after logout
option to determine whether all temporary video
memories are to be erased when a user logs out or is logged out automatically.
How to manage user data
I
If the X-ray inspection unit is connected to a
Heimann Management Console* HMC
via network, user
data can
only
be modified from the console. The menu item
User data
does not exist in such case.
Go to the menu item
User data
and activate it.
The menu opposite is displayed.
On the left menu side, a list is displayed showing the iden-
tification codes of lower and equal access level users.
