14.
Attach Service Label
i)
Record all repairs, replacements and further comments on the Service Record Sheet 1.
ii)
Sign, date and affix a service record label to the Control Module.
iii)
Sign, date and affix a service record label to the Regulator Assembly/ies (ensuring the over-
pressure vents on the Regulator body/ies are not covered).
15.
Report non-critical faults to customer
Any non-critical faults, which do not require immediate corrective action,
must
be recorded on
the Service Record Sheet 1
and
verbally communicated to the customer.
16.
Report critical faults to the customer
(including ‘Warning Do Not Use’ label if no exchange unit is available)
i)
Any critical fault or out of calibration readings, which cannot be corrected on site at the time
of service,
must
be clearly written on the Service Record Sheet
and
be verbally
communicated to the customer.
ii)
Should no exchange unit be available affix a ‘Warning Do Not Use’ label (504-24) to the
Control Module and advise the customer to return the unit for repair or service exchange.
17.
Obtain an acceptance signature on the Service Record Sheet where applicable.
