Warm white
On touching the speaker with your finger, the lamp is switched to a dimmed setting.
The warm white setting has a total of 3 positions: off – dimmed - medium light – maximum light.
You can switch between the warm white and RGB settings by touching the speaker longer than 3
seconds.
RGB
The RGB setting has 7 positions: The first 5 settings are red – blue – green – purple – cyan.
Setting 6 comprises the same colours automatically alternating. In setting 7, the lighting reacts to the
music being played.
BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
- Switch on the lamp (A). You’ll hear “Bluetooth mode”.
The lamp is switched off and Bluetooth has been activated.
- Switch on the Bluetooth function of your smartphone or computer.
- Connect to the music lamp, Bluetooth-name: Smooz Disc.
- As soon as your device and the Music Lamp are connected, it says “Paired”.
- Lower the volume to prevent damage to your hearing or the speaker.
- Play music on your smartphone or computer.
- As soon as your device and the music lamp are disconnected it says “waiting for pairing”.
- When the lamp is switched on, it automatically connects to any device to which the lamp has been
connected in the past.
- With one smartphone/computer, only one music lamp can be controlled at any time.
- The music lamp can only be controlled by one smartphone/computer at any time.
- The Bluetooth has a range of 10 metres before the connection is lost.
Receiving telephone calls
When receiving a telephone call while listening to music, you can hear it via the lamp speaker. You
can take the call either with your telephone or by pressing the C button on the lamp. You will hear the
call via the speaker. When you finish your conversation (via your telephone or by once again pressing
button C), the music you were listening to before the conversation will continue. Whether the music
automatically continues or the pause button must be pressed, depends on your telephone and the
application used to listen to the music. This naturally also works when not listening to music, as well as
your telephone is connected to the lamp via Bluetooth.
FM- radio function (fig. 1)
Press the “E” button to go to the FM mode, press the “C” button to search the radio channels
automatically, please do not press any other button during the search. The radio channels will be stored
on the device.
Press “B” button go to the next channel.
Press “D” button go to the previous channel.
Micro SD card (fig. 1)
Place a Micro SD card in the lamp and the music will be automatically played. It makes no difference
whether the card is inserted before or after switching on the lamp. Even when the lamp is connected to
another device via Bluetooth, the music on the micro SD card will be played.
AUX input (fig. 1)
When connecting the lamp to a telephone, computer, tablet or MP3 player via a 3.5 mm audio
cable, the lamp automatically functions as a speaker. The lighting will work normally as given in the
instructions.
