2. Use Safety
Read these guidelines carefully. Not following them may be dangerous or illegal.
Warning
The manufacturer is not responsible for the consequences of
situations caused by incorrect use of the product or failure to
follow the instructions.
—MODIFICATIONS—
The manufacturer is not liable for problems caused by independent alterations
of the product.
—CHILDREN AND PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY DISABLED PEOPLE—
This device is not a toy. Keep the device, its accessories and packaging out of
reach of children. Plastic packaging may wrap around your child's neck and
decoration elements and batteries may be swallowed, resulting in suffocation,
choking or other health problems.
The product should not be installed by people (including children) with limited
physical or mental predispositions or lacking experience in handling this type of
equipment. The product can only be used by them under the supervision of
persons responsible for their safety.
—WATER AND OTHER LIQUIDS—
Protect the device from water and other liquids. The wood is not protected
against water and other liquids. Covering unfinished wooden surfaces with
a layer of oil, wax, varnish or stain can make the product easier to keep clean.
—SURROUNDINGS—
The device should be hung on a solid surface so that it cannot be damaged or
pose a risk to humans and animals. Make sure that children and animals do not
have access to the product, as they can damage it cracked or broken parts might
have sharp edges. Do not place the product in close proximity to heat-generating
devices (such as radiators, cookers, etc.). Product elements can distort, break up,
which can lead to its deterioration.
