HEAT (BACK):

Press to ac�vate heat for 

back, the heat can be 

turned on independently.

MODE:

Press to change the 

MODE  between 

M1 to M5.

MODE indicators

Five Preprogrammed

massage modes 

ON/OFF:

Press to turn the 

massage mat on or off.

INTENSITY:

Press to choose Low, 

Medium, High intensity 

of vibra�on.

Massage Regions:

Each massage regions  

may be turned off or on 

as desired by press the 

bu�on for any 

combina�on of regions 

and while any of the five  

MODEs  are ac�ve.

Press on/off bu�on to turn on the massage mat, the mat automa�cally ac�ve 

 

the default se�ngs i.e. the massager works on Mode 1 and on Medium intensity. 

Then you may do below next steps:

1) 

You may press massage region bu�on to select specific regions for massage as 

desired.

Or 2) 

you may press any massage region bu�on twice to turn off vibra�on 

func�on (i.e. turn off the default se�ng), then you can press ‘HEAT’ bu�on to 

keep only heat or press any other bu�ons to customize your massage demand.
