Configuring the snom ONE Server
Create a new trunk to connect to Exchange:
1. Click the
Trunks
tab.
2. Name the new trunk
MS-Exchange
or any suitable name.
3. Set its type to
SIP Gateway
.
4. Click the
Create
button.
5. From the list of trunks, click
MS-Exchange
.
6. In the
Domain
field, enter the FQDN or IP address of your Exchange Server
(i.e.,
exchange.company.com
).
7. In the
Proxy Address
field, enter
sip:exchange.company.
com:5060;transport=tcp
, but replace
exchange.company.com
with
the FQDN or IP address of your Exchange Server. The example assumes the ad-
dress is
100.200.100.200
.
8. Enable
Accept Redirect
.
9. If you want the PBX to do in-band DTMF to out-of-band DTMF (RFC 4733)
transcoding on this trunk, set
Trunk requires out of band-DTMF tones
to
Yes
. For this to work properly,
Inband DTMF detection
must be set to on (go
to
Admin
>
Settings
>
General
).
10. Click
Save
.
