Replacement 

If  the  battery  must  be  replaced  due  to  a  malfunction  or  end  of  service  life,  it  is  advisable  to  contact  an 
authorised workshop.  
If you decide to do so autonomously, it is recommended to follow a few simple tips: 

 

Make sure the control panel and no accessory is on 

 

Remove the cover as described in the “inspection” part 

 

Remove the plastic protective parts of the poles 

 

First disconnect the negative terminal and then the positive terminal 

 

Release the retaining strap, lift the battery and remove it 

 

Clean the battery compartment from any leaves, dirt or oxide 

 

Place the new battery (with the same characteristics as the previous one and adequately charged) 
in its housing  

 

Secure it with the previously disassembled anchor systems 

 

Thoroughly clean the terminals of the machine from any residual oxide with a cloth dampened with 
water and dry well 

 

Grease the terminals with Vaseline grease 

 

In  inverse  order  of  disassembly,  first  connect  the  positive  pole  and  then  the  negative  pole, 
tightening the terminals until they are blocked (do not over tighten) 

 

Reposition the plastic protective parts on the poles 

 

Dispose of the old battery in accordance with regulations in force 

 
The recommended battery must have the following characteristics: 

 

Rated voltage: 12V 

 

Capacity: 95 Ah
