Replacing the Rubber Plates

m

WARNING! 

Make sure to turn off the switch, remove 

the battery and disconnect the power cord before performing 

any maintenance task on your hybrid snow blower.
NOTE:

 When replacing worn rubber plates, pay close attention 

to the order in which you remove the plates. Assemble the 

new plates by working backwards (in the reverse order of 

disassembly).

1.  Detach the worn rubber plate assembly by removing the 8 

sets of nuts and bolts used to secure it (Figs. 24 & 25).

2.  Install the new rubber plate assembly by tightening the 8 

sets of nuts and bolts on both sides (Fig. 24)

Replacing the Scraper Bar

1.  The scraper bar is located at the base of the snow blower 

beneath the rotor housing (Fig. 26).

2.  Detach the worn scraper bar from the snow blower by 

removing the 4 screws that hold it in place (Fig. 27).

3.  Install the new scraper bar and fasten it securely to the 

snow blower with 4 screws (Fig. 26).

Storage

1. 

Examine the hybrid snow blower thoroughly for worn, 

loose or damaged parts. Should you need to repair or

2.  Clean the snow blower before storing or transporting.  

Be sure to secure the unit while transporting.

3.  Remove the battery from the hybrid snow blower before 

storing.

4.  Store the hybrid snow blower indoors

 in a locked, dry 

place out of the reach of children to prevent unauthorized 

use or damage.
