INSTRUCTIONS
Using the cordless rechargeable sweeper
• The rechargeable sweeper cannot be used until the batteries have been fully
charged.
•
The rechargeable sweeper is used for sweeping up dry dirt in the household and
in dry, closed rooms
• Set the On/Off switch (2) to the ON position to start and to OFF to stop
sweeping.
• To set the rechargeable sweeper in the most comfortable position, press gently
on the brush base with your foot and pull the upper handle towards you.
Cleaning and Emptying the Dust Box.
N.B.
For optimum sweeping, empty the dust box (4) every time when you have
finished using the sweeper.
•
Remove the dust trap (4), empty it and replace it in the brush base.
Cleaning the brush roller
Remove the window (6) to clean hair and fluff from the brush roller (5).
Careful:
Don’t switch on the sweeper by mistake while cleaning the rollers.
Changing the fan belt/brush rollers/batteries
Any servicing work of the rechargeable sweeper may only be carried out by our
authorised after sales service.
MAINTENANCE
•
Wipe the rechargeable sweeper including the dust traps with a dry cloth.
•
In addition hair and fluff should be removed from the brush roller (5).
•
Do not use any harsh cleaners on the sweeper and never immerse it in water.
•
Do not use the rechargeable sweeper on concrete or similar rough surfaces.
•
Don’t sweep up string or loose fibres.
•
Don’t clean carpet fringes – the fringes could catch in the brush roller and the fan
belt could break.
Careful:
Don’t switch on the sweeper by mistake while cleaning the rollers.
