Switching points during control
If you want to transfer the control values via the interface, e.g. to a control light or to a controller, then an I/O
card must be installed in the device. This must be activated in the setting mode under Program settings /
Checking / Default IO configuration with Execute. The output signals are assigned as follows:
Switching point
Signal
S1
weight value above tolerance
S2
not active
S3
weight value within tolerance
S4
weight value below tolerance
S5
empty message
S6
weight value above tolerance
The individual inputs and outputs can be individually adapted.
Data set/print within or outside tolerance
The release of a data set outside a defined tolerance range can be prevented or accepted. If a data record is
released outside the tolerance range, it is marked with a special character. Enable or disable in setting mode
under Program settings / Checking / Data record outside tolerance.
6.8.6 Totalising and Picking
This function is also available in control mode. With this function, control goods can be totalled/picked. The
totalising functions are controlled with function keys on the Control functions level.
Totalising
means that the individual positions are weighed one after the other, the weight in the totalising memory is
added, and the scale is unloaded again after each individual weighing.
Order picking
means that the weighed positions remain on the scale.
The weight is added to the total memory and the scale returns to zero without being unloaded.
It is not permitted to change the measuring point during the picking process.
Selecting Totalising or Picking
is set in the Program Settings setting mode.
The selection applies to all connected weighbridges.
In the following, the term "totalising" is used as an example.
Totalising memory for several connected scales
A central totalising memory is maintained for all connected weighing instruments.
Totalising memory capacity
A maximum of 999 bookings are possible in the total memory.
The totalising memory must then be erased.
