Compatibility
The Soehnle Connect app is compatible with Google Fit® and
Apple Health®.
You can use the chest strap via a 5.3 kHz radio frequency connection to one of the
numerous compatible sports watches even without the Soehnle Connect app. In
this case, however, your data is usually not stored.
5. Initial operation
1.
Loosen the hook
(D)
from the loop of the chest strap
(4.1)
.
2.
Put on the chest strap and close the hook again. Position the
transmitter module
(A)
below the pectoral muscle in men or
the breast plate for women
(4.2)
. The belt should be tightly
closed around your chest and the sensor surfaces
(B)
should
have good skin contact. Wear the tracker directly on your
skin, otherwise no measurement is possible. Make sure that
the belt is not too loose or too tight and that it is positioned
the right way around. For this purpose, you will find markings
for left and right on the inside of the transmitter module. Ad-
just the belt length to your chest circumference if necessary.
3.
Lift the transmitter module and slightly moisten the sensor
surfaces
(4.3)
.
4.
Shortly after both sensor surfaces have skin contact, the
transmitter module automatically starts sending the pulse
data via
Bluetooth®
to the connected app.
5.
Press the button in the app to connect the chest strap. Your
current pulse rate is now displayed in the app.
