6.2.1 DEPTH ADJUSTERS

The sowing depth will be defined by the main adjusters (3, 

Fig. 6.5). Both must be adjusted to the same depth. The ad-

justers are located at the rear of the machine.

To set the adjusters, follow the steps below:

1- 

 Use the specific wrench located on the coulter unit chassis 

to loosen the locknut (Fig. 6.6).

2- 

 Set the adjuster length by turning the central square bar 

(Fig. 6.7).

 VERY  IMPORTANT:

 USE THE GRADUATED 

SCALE TO ADJUST BOTH ADJUSTERS EQUALLY 

(FIG. 6.7). OTHERWISE, THE MACHINE COULD BE 

DAMAGED.

4- 

 Tighten the locknut and put the specific wrench back in its 

location on the coulter unit chassis (Fig. 6.6).
