Connect to the controller by the HC
downloader program by means of USB in
order to determine the current network
configuration in the controller. IP
addresses and UDP ports must have the
same configuration.
Overloaded Ethernet
Your local network or Internet connection
is temporarily out of order or impassable
(overloaded with other transfers, etc.). Try
to reconnect later or ask a computer
network expert for connection
optimization and technical advice.
Controller fault
Replace the controller.
The low tariff signal is missing
The low tariff signal is not
connected.
Connect the low tariff signal to the digital
input and configure the low tariff function
according to the Chapter Low Tariff. The
signal must be connected to the digital
input via an auxiliary relay according to
these instructions.
The low tariff signal is not
active.
Wait for the signal to become active or
test it by manually switching on the
auxiliary relay (some types of relay offer
this option).
Controller fault
Replace the controller.
Some digital temperature input is
not working
The sensor is not
connected correctly.
Check the connection of the sensor
(power supply and connection to the data
bus, correct connection of shielding).
The sensor is not
supported.
The sensor uses a different
communication protocol or it is not a
digital sensor.
The temperature is not
measured correctly.
Check that the power supply of the sensor
is within the tolerance values.
Sensor or controller fault
Replace the sensor or the controller.
Some analog temperature sensor
is not working
The sensor is not
connected correctly.
Check the connection of the sensor
(power supply and connection to the
controller, correct connection of
shielding).
The sensor is not
supported.
The sensor is not a supported analog
temperature sensor.
The temperature is not
measured correctly.
The sensor is not a supported analog
temperature sensor or the connection is
incorrect.
Check the connection of the sensor. It
may be caused by high voltage drops on
the connecting cable. The precision of
analog temperature sensors depends on
