Appendix A: Errors and Troubleshooting
This appendix describes the error messages that appear on the LCD screen when an error occurs UPS and how to solve
them.
Troubleshooting communication problems -
S_OK is not displayed
If S_OK does not appear, do the following:

XXXXXXXX is a string of 1's and 0 displaying the status of connection and eight bits of communication. 1 indicates OK and 0
indicates an error. Possible errors and their resolution are detailed in the following table:
