Troubleshooting measures
In case of abnormal behaviour consult the following table to find the cause and try to reset the
proper operating conditions.
If the proposed measures do not eliminate the fault, contact the SolarMax Service Centre.

AC overcurrent.
■
Check the sizing and the output connections to the system.
■
Refer to the section “Electrical connections”.
■

Faulty protection

Check the correct positioning of the inverter and that the
installation complies with the provisions contained in this
manual in the “Positioning” and “Mounting” sections.
■
Check that the ambient temperature is within the allowed
range.
■
Check the correct operation of the cooling fans.
■
Check that there is no accumulation of dust near the venti-
lation openings.
■
If the problem persists, contact the technical support
service.
