Procedure
1. Remove the 4 side panels from the Compact Station as described in Section 5.2.3.
2. Open the inverters by releasing the four or three M5 screws of the left and right front
cover.
3. Remove the lower protective cover in the inverters.
4. Pull the DC supply conductors through the cable pass-through elements as described
in Section 5.1.
5. Install the DC supply conductors in the Compact Station to the DC terminals in the
inverters:
PU 1
PU 3
PU 2
6. Connect the DC supply conductors to the M8 threaded bolts as follows:
– Sequence of fastening elements: cable lug, washer, spring lock washer, M8 nut.
– Tightening torque: min. 20 Nm / max. 25 Nm.
– Ensure correct polarity.
7. Use cable ties to tie the cable strain relief element to the C rail in the hollow base of
the Compact Station.
8. Fit the protective covers in the inverters.
9. Fit the front covers to the inverters and side panels to the Compact Station.
10. Fit the cable pass-through devices as described in Section 5.1.
