to start Workout,

Without preset value, all function

During training, press
STOP•RESET
key to pause training. Buzzer will sound every 30
seconds. All values display

the
LCD

flashing.
If there is no input for 5 minutes,
the buzzer will sound and the console will enter
Sleep
mode.
Press QUICK START to
resume
the
workout.

key again when in PAUSE mode, TIME will display total workout time;
DISTANCE will display total workout distance;
CALORIES will display total calories burned

If there is no input for 2 minutes, the
computer will automatically go into Standby mode.
