Max Retransmit Time.
Range is 50-40000. Maximum time given to a segment
after it has been lost due to network failure or where the segment is received
corrupted.
Min Retransmit Time.
Range is 10-20000. Minimum time given to a segment
after it has been lost due to network failure or where the segment is received
corrupted.
Acknowledge Delay Time.
Range is 0-1000. The time it takes for the receiving
TCP to acknowledge the segment being transmitted.
Max Persist Time .
Range is 100-99999. Maximum time allowed to sending a
packet out.
Max Segment Size.
Range is 256-1000. Maximum received segment size that
the transmitting TCP is willing to accept. Note that the Maximum segment size is
always 32 bits in length.
Max Packet Size.
Range is 256-3000. Maximum received packet size that the
transmitting TCP is willing to accept.
Checking UDP Status
You can check the UDP (user datagram protocol) status using the following
screen:
Incoming Datagrams.
The total number of UDP datagrams received.
Outgoing Datagrams.
The total number of UDP datagrams sent.
Errors.
The number of received UDP datagrams that could not be delivered for
reasons other than the lack of an application at the destination port (e.g. bad UDP
header checksum.)
No Port.
The total number of received UDP datagrams for which there was no
application at the destination port.
