Cable
Entry
The
AC
cable
entry
location
depends
on
the
AC
disconnect
switch
current
rating
and
orientation
(side
facing
or
forward
facing).
Use
the
following
tables
to
determine
which
disconnect
switch
your
inverter
uses,
and
then
refer
to
the
customer
interface
drawing
(DOCR
‐
070190)
for
AC
cable
entry
locations.
AC
Voltage
Drop
AC
voltage
drop
should
be
minimized
to
avoid
nuisance
tripping
resulting
from
increased
AC
voltage
seen
at
the
inverter’s
output
terminals
as
the
inverter
feeds
current
into
the
grid.
Minimizing
AC
voltage
drop
also
results
in
higher
system
efficiency.
An
AC
voltage
drop
of
less
than
1%
is
recommended.
