Before
installing
or
using
the
PVI
6500
‐
7500,
please
read
all
instructions
and
caution
markings
in
this
manual
and
on
the
PVI
6500
‐
7500
unit
as
well
as
the
PV
modules.
All
electrical
installations
shall
be
performed
in
accordance
with
all
local
and
national
electrical
codes.
The
PVI
6500
‐
7500
inverters
are
listed
to
UL1741/IEEE1547/CSA
22.2#107.1
(and
comply
with
IEEE
62.41).
The
PVI
6500
‐
7500
inverters
contain
no
user
serviceable
parts.
Do
not
open
the
inverter.
Please
contact
Solectria
Renewables
or
a
Solectria
Renewables
authorized
system
installer
for
maintenance.
Connection
of
the
PVI
6500
‐
7500
to
the
electric
utility
grid
must
be
done
after
receiving
prior
approval
from
the
utility
company
and
performed
only
by
qualified
personnel.
Completely
cover
the
surface
of
all
PV
‐
arrays
with
opaque
material
before
wiring
them
or
use
other
methods
to
prevent
shock
hazard.
PV
arrays
produce
electrical
energy
when
exposed
to
sunlight
and
could
create
a
hazardous
condition.
