Mount the antenna on a window that faces the broadcast tower of stations
that you want to receive. The sides of the antenna have blind spots, so the
antenna may not “see” enough signal from the broadcast tower if the sides
of the antenna face the tower.
If the antenna is mounted so
that it hang
s vertically, the coax cable should run
from the top or bottom of the antenna. If the antenna is mounted so that it lies
flat (e.
g
. on a table), the coax cable should point toward the si
gna
l.
The HD BLADE antenna is small enough to hide behind a TV or picture frame.
The coax cable is running from the side of the antenna instead of the top or
bottom of the antenna. Try re
-positioning the antenna so that the coax cable
runs from the top or bottom of the antenna, and run a new channel scan.
The antenna may not pick up s
igna
l when mounted near electronics, or
behind electronics, includ
ing the televi
sion itself, and may reflect the si
gnal
from
broadcast tower. If so, try mounti
ng the antenna highe
r on the wall, and run a
new channel scan. The hi

ou will receive.
Once you have determined the best location for the antenna,
it can be mounted with the provided VELCRO

brand hook
mounting to a particular
surface, the antenna can also be
mounted to a surface with nails. Note that the antenna is not
